The Axanteus Global Panel is a unique online community where consumers help to shape the development of new products and services of companies all over the world. Members also contribute to the improvement of existing products and services through sharing their opinions, consumption behavior and feedback. Members come from all countries of the world. The panel is managed by Axanteus Connections China and Axanteus Research, a leading market research firm headquartered in Singapore with operations across Asia-Pacific. We conduct various forms of market research work including new product concept testing, consumer behavior survey, product usage testing, advertising copy testing and customer satisfaction testing, to name but a few.

How Does The Panel Works?

We work with numerous companies all over the world who are interested in learning more about consumers so that they can come up with better products and services. Through this portal, we will host surveys from these companies and will invite members through the email you provide to us to answer the survey. Members who register with us will have their profiles kept in our database so that we can match you with the most appropriate types of surveys, but will otherwise remain anonymous to these companies. Your records remain with us and we will never use it for any other purposes without your authorization. Using your unique account number given to you upon registration and together with the Survey ID and your password, you can simply logon to the survey site and answer at your own convenience. The data from you will be analyzed together with other respondents.

How To Register?

Simply click on the 'Sign up' link at the top of the www.axanteusglobalpanel.com page, and fill up the required information.

How To Participate In a Survey?

Our system will randomly pick the best matched respondents for the survey, and send out an invitation email with the link to the survey site to all who have been selected. If you've been invited for a survey, you may also log in to your account and click on the 'My Surveys' link to view a list of surveys which you've been invited to.

What Kind Of Incentives Can I Earn?

Every 1000 MPoints earned may be exchanged for a US$10 gift voucher from our partners.

How To Exchange My Incentives?

When you have earned enough points, you may exchange them for a gift voucher. Simply log in to your account and under 'My Incentives' click on 'Exchange points' and an e-voucher will be sent to you via email.

How To Change My Particulars?

You will need to log in to your account, and click on the 'My Details' page. From there you will then be able to update your personal particulars.

How To Tell My Friends About This?

After your initial sign up, you will be presented with a page to tell your friends about this great site simply by entering their email addresses and we will do the rest. From your account management page, you will also be able to send referrals simply by clicking on the 'Refer my friends' link.
